This summertime journey invites you to flow through grounding postures, heart-opening sequences, and mindful movement to build strength, stability, and serenity - on and off the mat.

Each week we’ll build upon the last, gradually increasing intensity while deepening awareness and alignment inspired by the elements of summer - sun, warmth, growth, and play - this series will leave you feeling energized, centered, and connected.

I just have to say... I love your class. I didn’t know whether I would like yoga by zoom, but I do!! Here are a few reasons why: I see you!; and a great little tribe; I can fart and no one will hear it; my feet can stink and no one will smell them; I can wear pajamas; my sick dog can join me when she wants to (we curled up together for shivasana today).
